Intel HD with Core i5

Hi, I have bought a Sony laptop with a Core i5 460m and the Intel HD video "card". I have a VERY bad performance with game like GTA San Andreas ( 5 years old game!!!!). I go in Everest Ultimate and my GPU run ont 350mhz, but ont your website the 460m have a base frecency of 500mhz... have a ajustement in a menu for this? or this is un problem? thank you

The HD video is Integrated Graphics not card also 5 year old game on Integrated Graphics is still bad very bad performance.

Base frequency drops when at idle run FurMark then check frequency if at 500 MHz but Everest Ultimate or any other software for checking this is not 100%
