Blurred text and clear fonts in Windows 8.1 and Office 2013 and other applications on Samsung 300E5X-A06 (Celeron/B820/1700Mhz/2048Mb/Intel HD)

Unable to work at the computer. Eyes instantly get tired of the fact that the text is split in two and spreads!

Please help me!

allan_intel - the user has a Sandybridge system - most recent driver for him is 15.28.3517

OP - Check to make sure that you have set the display mode in the operating system/graphics driver at the native display mode for the screen - you don't want scaling on.
