Intel Hd 630 Multiple Cores

Just wondering what would happen if Intel makes 20 to 60 intel HD 630 GPU cores, combined or supported with 64Gb DDR4 memory and pack them in a single pcb? Can it compete with gtx 1080 or AMD RX series GPUs? Well, just wondering.
