I posted this in this forum because it forced me to choose a forum, and none applied to embedded audio.
I have a Lenovo T15g Gen 1 ThinkPad - Type 20UR, running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit. I recently reloaded the OS, and now the speakers don’t work with the 3.5mm jack.
Device Manager shows an unknown Intel High Definition DSP device with error 28. I have run Windows Update Lenovo Commercial Vantage update and downloaded/installed the driver from Lenovo through setup and manually. Nothing worked.

KA_USA, I just received an update on this matter.
After reviewing the case, we can confirm that since the problem is related to audio issues with the 3.5mm port, the only one with drivers or who can provide the proper technical support for this scenario is the manufacturer of the computer. So, please get in contact directly with them for further assistance on this subject:
