Intel(R) Graphics HD 4000 Driver for Windows 8.1 (Code 43)

Hello everyone,

I have bought recently a laptop windows 8 with Intel Core i3 3229Y and Intel(R) Graphics HD 4000.

After update to windows 8.1, everything works well but the Intel(R) Graphics HD 4000, code 43. I have tried the driver 3345 but it don't work, can someone help me ?

I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with the Intel® Graphics Controller.

I just confirmed with the graphics engineering department that error code 43 has not been addressed yet; this matter will be fixed on next driver releases. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I have checked driver release notes and I am afraid this error code has not been fixed with latest video driver.

I have same problem. After upgrading to Windows 8.1, my driver has been stopped due to Error 43. I need this driver updated to work with Windows 8.1. This is really sad.

I am also having this problem. After win 8.1 update. My procvessor is i5-3339Y built inside an Acer Travelmate tablet
