Hi Guys !
I am having problem with Display Driver. My Laptop info is below:
HP Pavilion g6-1310se Notebook PC
I have tried updating windows and installed latest / oldest hp display driver many times but in vain. There is no hardware failure or dust issue because I diagnosed it completely.
I have installed installed and tried following drivers:
Intel (R) HD Graphics 3000 (9.17.10.4229)
Intel (R) HD Graphics Family (8.15.10.2559)
Intel (R) HD Graphics Family (8.15.10.2353)
But my laptop shutdown when I install / enable display driver upon starting windows 7.
When I disable / uninstall display driver, my laptop works very well and does not shutdown at all and I can play audio/ video movies, songs except games.
Please help me !

Hi mR.TaLhA,
It is recommended for branded computers to download the drivers from laptop manufacturer support website. They usually customize our drivers.
Double check if you are already using the latest BIOS, chipset and Management Engine drivers.
If you are using Windows® 10, I suggest you to uninstall and delete the current graphics driver and run Windows® 10 update. It will install the best drivers for your computer.

Hi mR.TaLhA,
It seems to be an odd issue. My last recommendation would be run our Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool in order to verify the processor health. If processor fails the test, contact your system manufacturer for support or warranty.

Hi mR.TaLhA,
The processor passed the test. I didn't see any issue on your system.
My advice will be: Get into the BIOS if it is possible and reset the settings. Then, go to Windows®, device manager and uninstall and delete the current driver. Go to Hewlett Packard support website and download and install the latest graphics driver for Windows® 7 64bit. If it don't work, try with our generic driver.
Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8-64-bit
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24971/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-64-bit Download Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8-64-bit
If problem continues, I suggest you to get in touch with Hewlett Packard*, your pc requires a local maintenance or repair.

Hi Mike !
It did not work too. I have checked my laptop by Compsi Company for maintenance they said I have to replace the motherboard but as you saw there was no issue with the system. If I perform Factory Reset or Reinstall Windows 7, will it solve my problem. One more thing my laptop fan creates much noise when I use any kind of software, play audio / video. Suggest ?

Hi mR.TaLhA,
It is hard to tell you if Windows® 7 re-installation will solve the issue. We need to try it as troubleshooting. Fan noise issue might be a problem of driver, BIOS or defective hardware.
Let's try to narrow down the issue with the operating system re-installation, BIOS and drivers from your laptop manufacturer website.

Miguel C
