Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics Utilization Maxing Out When Editing Photos

I am running a new HP Envy with four I7 cores with 64GB of memory.  When loading or exporting images, the Xe Graphics card goes to 100% utilization and runs slowly until that images is finished.  The latest drivers have been verified.  I am running ON1 Max 2024 software.  Is there anything else I can check or do to improve the performance?  Thanks in advance.

Hello Seeser,

Thank you for posting in our communities.

Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the complete model of your processor, graphics driver version installed on your system, OS build, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.

Further, may I know if this issue only occurred recently or if it happened the first time that you used the application?

We look forward to your response!

Best regards,
