Hi BigCrack,
Thank you for posting in the Community!
I would like to inform you the following:
- There is different HDMI versions that may affect the Maximum refresh rate due to bandwidth limitations, so it is recommended to use HDMI 2.1 for the best experience.
- If possible, try connecting one or both monitors using DisplayPort instead of HDMI. DisplayPort often supports higher refresh rates more consistently than HDMI
Here's the link for reference:
What Is the Maximum Refresh Rate Supported by the Intel® UHD...

Hi
Thank you for your effort. But unfortunately this answer is not helpful.
UHD 770 - no 2 DisplayPort - my monitors also not.
HDMI cable is 2.1
One HDMI output of the graphics card can be operated at 75Hz. Only the second HDMI output only works up to 60Hz. That is the question why this is the case.

Please provide the manufacturer and model of the device you are using. If you built the computer yourself, please provide the manufacturer and model of the motherboard.
Please also create a Report for Intel Graphics Drivers and attach the output file here.

So you connect here?
According to the manual, the following applies to the Samsung monitors:
- Resolution: 2560 x 1440
- Refresh rate: 75 Hz / 60 Hz
- Pixel clock: 304.3 / 241.5 MHz
This leads me to believe that only one of the two HDMI ports corresponds to version 2.0. The integrated graphics can only work up to 300 MHz pixel clock in the HDMI 1.4 version. Therefore, I suspect that HDMI port #2 is only version 1.4.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about this. If you want to know exactly, you would have to ask Acer Support, because the inner workings of this PC, including the HDMI ports, were designed by Acer.
