I have an i5-9400 CPU @ 2.90GHz and UHD Graphics 630. The maximum resolution I can select on my Windows 10 PC is 2048 x 1152, but my 60 Hz Acer monitor supports 2560 x 1440. I am connecting via HDMI 1.4, and from what I can tell, 1440p is supposed to be supported by UHD Graphics 630. I ran Driver & Support Assistant, and all my drivers are up-to-date. The back of my PC only has HDMI and VGA outputs, and my monitor has HDMI 1.4, Display Port 1.2, and DVI (w/HDCP) inputs. Please help - thanks!

Wanna bet? go to your motherboard/system manufacturer and check their driver downloads to see if you are really updated. Also, update your bios if a later version exists.
IDSA is in such a shameful state that no one should rely upon it.

I did all of this too through Dell, and unfortunately I still have same issue where the max resolution is only 2048 x 1152. I was previously running a Radeon graphics card on this system and got 1440p on this monitor; unfortunately the graphics card died and now I'm relying on the onboard UHD 630 graphics.

I was not adfdressing the graphics problem, only the driver issue.
