No toolbar and thus no paperclip in the downloaded program. Clicking on "Submit" leads to a non working page.

You save the output of the SSU as a text file.
When you reply, look directly under the reply box. you will see a toolbar. then, under the toolbar, you will see a paperclip. attach the text file using the paperclip.

On the bottom of the laptop, there should be more information to narrow down the exact model number.
I ask because the graphics reported do not make sense.
What I want to work toward is getting you on this driver:

Ok, HP sure did not do you any favors. Here are their drivers.
It seems you have dual graphics, but none of this is being reported in the SSU.
I would be inclined to have you update using HP. However, their latest drivers are more than a year old. And, to keep any customizations HP may have made, we would want them to have a DCH driver, which they do not appear to have. And, since it seems there are dual graphics involved, we would want you to use both the nvidia and intel drivers from their site. There is also an updated bios which you should probably update to.
That is option 1.
Option 2 is to say to heck with that, and force install the latest Intel DCH driver for your processor as I have linked to earlier.
So, your choice.
Also, can you confirm that you did have nvidia graphics as well?

Thanks so much. I will try these. I do not have NVIDIA graphics.
