Hey,
I bought a set of two external monitors and they don't work on my computer (no signal) unless I disable the Intel UHD Graphics Display Adapter. After the disabling everything works correctly.
I went into the logs and I see a number of errors around oem46.inf, display.inf having a problem with starting.
I tried to reinstall the latest version of the Intel Graphics driver as well as I tried with the version recommended on the Acer Product Support page for my laptop (unfortunately it doesn't seem like they tested the drivers with Windows 11):
Can you help me solve the issue and have the monitors working without disabling the Intel Display Adapter?

How are the two monitors connected to the laptop? HDMI, Thunderbolt/USB-C, USB-C, DisplayPort???
In most designs, a NVIDIA dGFX engine and the Intel iGFX engine will share the connection to the Laptop's Embedded Display. The iGFX will 'own' the Embedded Display and the dGFX output will appear through an overlay capability in the chipset. In the other designs, the dGFX engine will 'own' the display exclusively and the iGFX engine will be neutered from it. Which of these can play a part in how the driver situation is handled.
Any other outputs (USB-C, Thunderbolt/USB-C, HDMI or DisplayPort):
- Are all 'owned' by the dGFX engine.
- Are all 'owned' by the iGFX engine.
- Are 'owned' in some combination (i.e., iGFX owns some and dGFX owns others).
Do you know how your laptop is connected and who 'owns' what ports? I couldn't find a diagram showing how it is in your laptop; do you have one?

Hey, thanks for the help. The monitors I am trying to connect are actually quite unusual. These are the Kwumsy P2S model that both connect via one USB-C port: https://kwumsy.com/products/p2s-12-inches-usb-tri-screen. It's also worth noting that I haven't had similar issues with other external (singular) monitors I have been using that were connected through USB-C, HDMI or DisplayPort. What's even more interesting is that I once tested another set of the Kwumsy P2S monitors and they worked out of the box so it could indicate that the problem lays in the recent updates I have made to the system. I don't remember updating the Intel drivers though.
With regards to the port 'owners', I don't really have that information, I will try to look for it on the internet though.

BTW, I noticed an interesting set of errors on my machine. Maybe that is helpful?
