Intel achi controller driver dont load at windows 7 installation

Hello i downloaded the achi controller drivers 9.6.0.1014 and when i try to install windows 7 ultimate x64 i am getting a 'contact your vendor for an updated driver msg' or a BSOD

my motherboard is an Asus P5k premium WIFI/Ap

i have the latest BIOS

i set to the bios in ACHI mode but i am trying for 2 days now.....

Anyone can help me ?
