Intel didnt provide Intel Matrix Storage Manager for Win7?

I can see status of harddrives on AHCI controller in XP by Intel Matrix Storage Manager,like transfer mode,NCQ.

How can I know these information in Win7,Intel didnt provide Intel Matrix Storage Manager for Win7.

Does Win7 include all chipset drivers of intel?

M/B:GA-EP43-UD3L P43+ICH10 HDD:WD6400AAKS

everest and some benchmark ware only display hard driver support AHCI,NCQ or not,but cant get current harddrive status.
