Intel driver and Support Assistant Refresh Failure

hello, i have an Intel Arc A750 graphics card.Recently for the past 3-4 days i am facing this new problem.

At first i faced Intel arc control timeout error when  searching for drivers,

But now whenever i refresh intel dsa

it says refresh failure and no internet connection text

even though i have a good internet,

i dont know if i am the only one facing it or not.

i need a solution please

And i am still facing this timeout error in intel arc control for the last one month

when i updated the driver via intel arc control

before i didnt had any problem,

and it is still not solved

please anyone help me 🙂
