Intel graphics UHD 620 screen flickering

Hey! I tried Docker for windows and uninstalled it immediately after. After uninstalling it my graphics was screwed. Whenever I try to power on my laptop the screen starts flickering. After I restart the laptop the flickering stops. I tried installing other graphics, but I am not able to change my display brightness. Can someone tell me what is going on with my graphics? Nobody seems to have the answer to this. Thanks!

This is typically what happens when a customized graphics driver is overwritten by a non-customized graphics driver. What you need to do is uninstall the current graphics driver package and then install the latest graphics driver package provided by your laptop vendor.
