Is it possible to set graphic card RAM free to float on a Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics?

I am tryiung to use Lightroom to edit my photo but it is very slow. Someone suggested me to try to set the graphic RAM "free to float". Is it possible with this card? I was trying to check into the Intel command center for graphic card but I cannot findthis option

I am not sure I understand the question. Unless you have done some Registry hack, the VRAM size is always 'free to float'; based upon current needs, the driver will support up to 50% of the available System RAM being allocated for use as VRAM.
