Dear Intel Graphics Support Team,
I am writing to formally report and express my dissatisfaction regarding an unresolved issue with the Intel Arc B580 graphics card, specifically related to live streaming functionality.
At present, the Intel Arc B580 is unable to use the Dual Layout feature in TikTok Live Studio, which is a critical feature for many content creators. This limitation appears to be related to driver-level compatibility or optimization, as the feature works properly on GPUs from other vendors under the same application and system conditions.
What is particularly concerning is that the Intel Arc B580 was released over a year ago, yet a basic and widely used live streaming feature such as dual layout streaming still does not function properly. For a modern GPU, this raises serious questions about long-term driver support and software compatibility readiness.
I would appreciate clarification on the following points:
Is this a known issue affecting Intel Arc GPUs, particularly the B580 series?
Is the problem related to the current Intel graphics driver or encoder support?
Are there any temporary workarounds available for users at this time?
Is Intel planning a driver update to resolve this issue, and if so, is there an estimated release timeline?
Many users rely on Intel Arc GPUs for streaming and content creation, and issues like this significantly impact confidence in the platform. I strongly encourage Intel to prioritize this matter and provide a concrete solution or update as soon as possible.
Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Dummy

Hi @dummypc,
Thank you for posting in the community.
Based on the error message you've encountered, I can confirm that our software development team is actively working on adding support for unit in question. This is currently in the development phase, and the functionality will need to be implemented on the software side.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide a specific timeline or estimated completion date for this feature, as it's still under active development. I cannot comment on any comparisons with third-party GPU solutions, as this represents our current official stance on the matter. Please note that this is not related to driver-level problems or encoder issues - it's specifically a software compatibility feature that needs to be developed and implemented.
I recommend staying tuned for future software updates, as support for the graphics card will be included in an upcoming release once development is complete.
Best regards,
Randy T.
