I am Fully aware of my gpu not meeting the minimum requirements

Intel Core i3-8100 or AMD Ryzen 3 1300X processor

16GB of RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT graphics card

and 150GB of available storage space

but i saw some videos and other question son intel support and got to know it is an issue with the driver i have the latest driver (32.0.101.6881 (WHQL Certified) and see no fixes please I request  a fix and hope you release a driver that plays the game  without this issue

Thank you very much

Hello RabiaSajjad,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

To properly address your concern, please share the information below.

1. Is the issue isolated to The Last of Us Part II Remastered, or have you experienced similar behavior with other titles?

2. Which game distribution platform are you using (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?

3. Is the NVIDIA graphics card configured as the default GPU for running applications?

4. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps?

5. To clarify, is the YouTube link you referenced your own gameplay footage, or is it from another source?

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

I look forward to your response.

Hi @PepoIRISXEl29,

It seems that you're also reporting concerns and for us to assist you properly, please create a separate thread.

Hello RabiaSajjad,

Thank you for sharing all this information.

Upon thorough review, we have identified that this issue has been reported multiple times previously. Our team has conducted a detailed investigation and determined that the title in question has been specifically designed and optimized to perform best on systems equipped with discrete (dedicated) graphics cards.

With this in mind, I will now close this inquiry. Should you have other questions or concerns, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Best regards
