Hello dare89a:

On the following link, you will find the latest version of the graphics driver for the Intel® G3220 that works with Intel® HD Graphics, it is version 4256:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25150/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit?product=77772 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25150/Intel-Iris-Iris-Pro-and-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit?product=77772

The game should work just fine with that driver.

On the following link you will find the system requirements of the game, please verify that link just to make sure your PC complies with them:

NOTE: These links are being offered for your convenience and should not be viewed as an endorsement by Intel of the content, products, or services offered there.

What is the model of the motherboard you are using?

Did the game work fine before?

This problem happens just with this game or it happens with different games?

Did you try a BIOS update on the board?

Any further questions, please let me know.

Regards

Alberto

If you take a look again to the link where you found the chart, there are also some reports files showing on note 2, and the thing is that we really need those reports in order to continue with the research on this case, the files we need are:

Intel SSU (System Support Utility)

DxDiag

Once you get the chance, please attached those reports to the thread.

Hello dare89a:

I just wanted to let you know that I just tried to replicate the problem using the demo provided by Geforce:

http://www.geforce.com/games-applications/pc-games/the-lord-of-the-rings-the-battle-for-middle-earth-ii http://www.geforce.com/games-applications/pc-games/the-lord-of-the-rings-the-battle-for-middle-earth-ii

And I install the game on 2 different platforms:

On the first platform I used Windows® 7-64, with Intel® HD graphics 4000, and driver version 4425, and the game ran without any problems:

On the second platform I used Windows® 10-64 Intel® HD graphics, and driver version 4320, and the issue was replicated, I got an error message when the game was starting:

Based on that, we will do further research on this matter to try to find a possible solution for this issue.

Any questions, please let me know.

Regards
