La version mas actualizada para mi grafica integrada

Hola , Tengo un problema tengo un procesador Intel pentium Dual-core E6700 3.20 GHz 3.20 GHz ,y quisiera saber cual es el driver mas actualizado para la gpu integrada del procesado , o si no que tarjetas graficas se podrían usar en una pc con ese procesador para que no haya problemas, porfavor es urgente , ayuda. GRACIAS

What operating system?  If Windows 10, there is no driver except the Microsoft generic driver.
