1. Close the lid of the laptop
2. Wait for the computer to turn off (Windows 10 calls this energy save mode)
3. Open the lid of the laptop
Expected Results:

The computer and screen should start again.
Actual Results:
-------------------------------
The computer starts up, but the screen won't turn on.

I'm currently using older Intel drivers from 2015, as that fixes the problem (20.19.15.4300).
