Hello BeSoe:

In this case we can try to install the latest version of the graphics driver from Lenovo.

On the following link you will find the graphics driver, it is VGA Nvidia, it was released 3 days ago, also there is a VGA driver from Intel, you can try that driver as well:

http://support.lenovo.com/cr/en/products/Laptops-and-netbooks/Yoga-Series/yoga-500-14ibd?tabName=Downloads&linkTrack=Mast:SubNav:Support:Drivers and Software|Drivers and Software

If you are not using Windows® 10, then you just need to change the operating system on that same link to get the proper graphics drivers.

Now, according to the specifications of the laptop, the graphics controller on it is NVIDIA® GeForce® 940M 2G GFX, so by installing the driver above from Nvidia should fix the problem, here you can confirm that information:

Just in case, the following link is to get Nvidia drivers:

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Additionally, if the problem persists after trying the steps above, we can try to install the Intel graphics driver, but for that we need to find the model of the processor so we can check the graphics version of it to look for the proper driver.

Besides that a BIOS update is a good thing to try, for that you just need to get in contact with Lenovo directly to get the information of how to do that:

Lenovo's phone number: 01-805-366-869

Lenovo's support site: http://support.lenovo.com/de/en/ http://support.lenovo.com/de/en/

Any questions, please let me know.

Alberto
