Can someone help me find the OpenGL drivers for Intel HD 4000 and Vulkan drivers (if it supports it). Thanks!

I've seen that Intel HD 4000 doesnt support Vulkan but does the latest one have OpenGL drivers in it? Sorry for being a newb.

HD 4000 graphics support OpenGL 4.
