Looking to Upgrade

Looking to upgrade graphics card.

I have a Toshiba Satellite A305-S6905. The current chipset is Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family 7.15.10.1502.

There is a new version that came out about a month ago, 15.17.11.2202(8.15.10.2202). Will I be able to upgrade to this new chipset or should i contact Toshiba for support? *Note: the Intel Driver Update Utility said that the driver is a customized computer manufacturer is installed on the computer.
