Hi I have multiple problems happening with this laptop that has an integrated intel graphics aswell as a gpu but I was just wondering if any of these are due to just the intel side.
Firstly, sleep mode, it does not work at all. I press sleep, then I move the mouse to wake it up and the screen goes black with hints of colour and flickers and that's it.
Around 50% of the time once I load up and put my password in on my monitor the second screen (laptop screen) just stays black, but lets me move my mouse across to it but it's just black.
The most annoying one is also like 50% of the time I boot my laptop the intel sound drivers or the intel wifi drivers sometimes uninstall themselves and when I try to re install them on driver manager it usually crashes, or sometimes they are completely hidden, I have the most recent drivers for everything I just ran the program from intel that tells me what drivers I need and everything including wifi and sound is upto date.
So if someone could help me with any of these it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Not once did you mention your processor or OS.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
