Windows 10 (prepping to upgrade to Win11) – have a missing driver preventing the upgrade

System hardware

  • Intel Core I9-14900K, 36MB Cache, LGA1700
  • MSI Mag Z790 Tomahawk Wifi motherboard
  • Nvidia Geforce RTX 4600 video

Device Manager – Other Devices – Base System Device

  • Hardware ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A74F&CC_0880

Intel Driver & Support Assistant

Your Intel drivers and software are up to date

Searched Intel website, but find no specific driver for this

Searched internet and third-party sites offer to provide the driver, but I don't know if they can be trusted.

Help please.

Hello xsv,

Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

Please be advised that the Intel GNA Scoring Accelerator is a chipset driver of your MSI MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK WIFI.

Please install the Intel GNA Scoring Accelerator driver from your motherboard manufacturer's website: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MAG-Z790-TOMAHAWK-WIFI/support#driver

You may also contact MSI as well if you require further assistance for installing the driver.

Best regards,

Jay B.
