Mobile Intel 4 - Error after installing Win10 "No Opengl 2 found on this system"

I have a video card "Mobile Intel (R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)" I installed Windows 10 and some Open Source software (eg "Stellarium") no longer work, give an error: "no opengl 2 found on this system. Please upgrade hardware or use MESA or an older version." I do not find the video card drivers updated for Win10.
