Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family?

Hi All, Please Help...

I have the above display adapter chipset in a Gateway laptop. After restoring the computer back to the factory settings I cannot get the resolution to increase beyond 1280 x 800. I have downloaded and updated drivers. I also downloaded a driver that was supposed to fix this issue but it didn't work.

I don't know what to do next? Please help.
