I have that ghaphic card which has OpenGL 2.0 support:
but when I try to run a game which requires OpenGL 2.0 (new Minecraft, "cleverest" idea of its developers ever) doesn't work. I've searched arround and see that Intel had the "clever" idea (yes, everyone is very "clever") to release a broken driver, and then don't update it anymore (Have you already bought our products and we have got the money? Yes? Then **** you.)

Thanks for joining the community and thanks for your feedback.
I understand you have OpenGL issues when trying to play Minecraft, please bear in mind you have Mobile 965 graphics controller and there is no support for OpenGL* 2.0. Based on the product specifications, OpenGL support goes up to 1.5.

As you see in the image I posted, my card has OpenGL 2.0 support. Here is another test program that says the same:
Also, I've tried on Linux and it works perfectly (what's more: with OpenGL 2.1 support) so definitely the card has hardware OpenGL 2.0 support but thanks to you releasing a faulty driver, it doesn't work.
