Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family

I have a 4 year old Dell Inspiron Laptop. The sound card is Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family. I have updated the software. I am getting Video through mt digital TV but not audio. Any suggestions.
