Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset cuts off image to TV

I'm using HDMI to connect my laptop to my hi-def tv. It dispays, but the edges of the picture are cut off. As stated, my computer has the Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset. I have set the resolution to 1280 X 720, so my tv is happy, but yet all the edges are cut off. Does anyone know of a solution to get the entire image back onscreen? If anyone can help me I would truly appreciate it.
