Mobile Intel Series 4 Chipset Graphics

Hello, I have a laptop and docking station running WinXPE. The laptop has a Mobile Intel Series 4 Chipset. I keep losing my clone display setup whenever the laptop is undocked and docked again. I have to enter the Graphics control Panel and manually setup the clone monitor each time the laptop is removed from the docking station. Please could someone help?

Hello Mikey1974,

Please note that this behavior is totally normal and expected. This is happening because when at the moment the laptop is undocked the Graphics Drivers losses the EDID of the second monitor causing to loss the clone display setup.

You can create your own profile in the Graphics Control Panel but you will need to activate it when the laptop is connected back to the docking station.
