I have recently built a pc and paired it with a Philips 243v7QDAB monitor. I have an Intel Arc 750 as a GPU with the newest drivers installed.
I shoot 10 bit video and when i play it on VLC or other video player there is distortion like the one you can see on the shirt (link below) How can i fix this ? Is it a monitor or GPU issue ?
Thanks

Hello amccpf,
Thank you for posting in the Intel community. We understand that you are experiencing issues when reproducing 10-bit color videos. We would be more than happy to help you; hence, we would like to request more details to better assist you:
- You mentioned that your graphics card model is the Intel Arc 750. However, we would like to confirm your graphics card manufacturer. Is it a Limited Edition Card?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to access the link you have provided, and we can't take a look at what you've shared. Is it possible for you to share it on the thread directly?
- Is it possible for you to try and reproduce the video on another system? You mentioned that the error is when reproducing the video, and it is present in multiple applications, so it may be a software problem, but we would like to discard that the problem is related to specific software in the affected system.
- We would like to have more details about your system. Please, share with us the system reports using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
Best regards
