Hi,
I've an HP Elitebook (OS Windows 10 21H1) with Intel Iris X, updated with the latest driver (30.0.101.1960) and a monitor Dell E2311H (VGA and DVI port), max supported resolution 1920*1080.
Connecting the monitor using a hama adapter HDMI2VGA or HDMI to DVI, the monitor is recognising that something is connected but go in sleepmode as soon as the cable is connected.
I've try also to connect the monitor using a USB-c to VGA adapter (producer BENEFI, up to 1920*1080, recognised as Billboard device by the OS), this time is a bit better (the display switch on), but the possible resolutions selectable from the Intel Graphic Command Center is 1608*1286. I've tryed to add as cusom resolution the fullHd, but nothing change on the monitor.
Any suggestion on how to see my screen on my monitor at full resolution?
Thanks

I can only suggest that you get a better quality dongle. There's a lot of really crappy ones out there.
