My 100hz Monitor is locked at 75hz ( i5 12400 / Intel UHD 730 Graphics )

Hello,

My 100 Hz monitor, which worked before, is now stuck at 75 Hz after I installed the latest drivers. I don't know how to fix it, and I tried every method I could find. None of them worked. Please help me. My monitor is a HIKVIS ION 22-inch 100Hz model, and my HDMI cable is a high-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet support. Also, before I upgraded my Windows a month ago, I was able to fix this issue by going to the device manager and rolling back the driver from there. And it worked, but after I upgraded my Windows, I could not roll back my driver, and now I'm stuck at 75Hz. Please help me

Hi NotAerx,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:

When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch? you mentioned ", I was able to fix this issue by going to the device manager and rolling back the driver from there. And it worked," may I know what is the specific graphics driver you rolled back?

What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?

Is the Resizable Bar enabled?

Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?

Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information.
