My Graphics Driver after updated isnt working

Hi, I’m having a persistent issue where Roblox is not using my integrated GPU (Intel UHD 630).

My system is on Windows 11 and fully up to date. Other apps use the GPU normally, but Roblox stays in software (CPU) rendering mode, causing extreme lag and low FPS.

I’ve already:

  • Installed the latest graphics driver (gfx_win_101.2135)

  • Tried Graphics Settings in Windows to force GPU (Roblox isn’t detected)

  • Used ClientSettings override to force D3D11 — it barely helps (2% GPU usage)

  • Clean reinstalled Roblox multiple times

Can you:

  1. Help confirm whether the Intel UHD 630 is compatible with Roblox GPU rendering on Windows 11?

  2. Tell me if any Intel driver features or registry entries could block Roblox from fully using the GPU?

  3. Recommend any diagnostic tools I can use to test GPU usage or reset all GPU profiles?

What is your processor model number?

Have you checked with roblox for their hardware and software requirements?

Hi Ini,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:

Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?

When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?

Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?

Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?

Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?

I would also like to obtain 3 CapFrameX log to thoroughly analyze the FPS performance. Kindly ensure that the game would run for a minimum of 3 minutes each.

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.

If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
