I have recently moved from a pcie card to my hd 4000. Firstly I removed all of the other drivers and then removed the card. I then installed drivers for my hd 4000. Here is my problem, when i go into device manager my display shows as Intel HD 4000 but using things such as dxdiag show as Microsoft Basic Display Driver as does advanced options in screen resolution.
I believe this is also the reason I am getting black lines/flickering when watching or streaming videos.
Specs.
Intel i7 3770
Samsung 830 128gb
Asus P8Z77-V LX
1333 mhz 8gb RAM
HD 4000hd

I recommend removing any Intel Graphics driver from the computer; you can use Programs and Features to uninstall drivers.
Then go to Intel download center and download the latest driver for your system
