Hello,
Im Fred from France and I would like to tell my nuc is not working now.
It is a NUC7I5BNHXF and my son told me the screen is not working.
When we put electrical plug, le button is blue. Some seconds later, light is orange for few seconds and blue. (reboot, i dont know ?)
May be a bios issue ?
So i tried to find solutions on the web. I disconnected all plugins inside and reput them.
Tried to wait 1O minutes for the cmos battery.
Still the same.
Can you help me please ? It seems like there is no bios

Try a different video cable.
Also, ASUS provides support for your NUC now.

A second possibility is the LSPcon IC has failed and the HDMI connector is dead. As an alternative, you could try using a USB-C-to-HDMI adapter (or cable) plugged into the Thunderbolt 3 port. These are relatively cheap; there are all sorts available in the US$15 range on Amazon.
Hope this helps,

Could be memory error. Try to power ON your NUC with one memory module at time. Check both slots and both memory modules.
