My display adaptor Intel® UHD Graphics 630 doesn't appear in device manager.

Please I need help. My intel display adaptor Intel® UHD Graphics 630  doesn't show up in device manager. I tried to reinstall the driver but I got and error.

You inserted an nvidia card.   The bios on some motherboards will disable the onboard graphics if you insert an adaprer.   So, check your bios to see if allows both concurrently, or if you can only have one or the other.
