My screen display ratio is abnormal

I am using a qbell tizen os 32 inch TV as my monitor, so the screen is pretty big. The display ratio feels a bit abnormal, with both the taskbar and the top section of the screen feels taken up, leaving less space for the middle section of my screen. How would I use the Intel Graphics driver to fix this abnormal display ratio?

In settings the display ratio is 1366 x 768.

I want to change the display to 1366 x 1080, and decrease the height of the taskbar at the bottom of my screen.

From what I am aware the Intel Graphics driver does not support this?

Please advise. Thanks.

Hello wen23,

Thank you for reaching out and for clearly describing your setup — it was very helpful.

After reviewing your QBell 32-inch Tizen OS TV specifications, I found that its maximum supported resolution is 1366 × 768. As such, the requested 1366 × 1080 resolution is not supported by the display. Since this limitation is hardware-based, the graphics driver cannot enable or force a higher resolution than what the TV supports. Therefore, the configuration you’re aiming for isn’t available through the graphics driver.

For further guidance on the supported resolutions, aspect ratio options, and display scaling features available, I recommend contacting QBell support, as they can best advise on available settings within the TV.

I hope that helps point you in the right direction, and please don't hesitate to get back in touch if there's anything else I can assist you with.

Best regards,
