NFS Most Wanted 2012 slow performance on newer drivers

I have a Asus laptop with I3-2330 cpu with intel hd 3000 graphics card, 8gb of ram.

Any driver above 2761 gives me very slow performance in any games, for example in NFS Most Wanted 2012, on 2761 driver 1024x800 and all setting low give me 20 to 35 fps, but with all new driver versions from 2792 to 2875 only have 13 to 18 fps. i have select High Performance under power saving settings and nothing, what is the problem?? why intel release new drivers if they are unusable.??

I installed 2761 on windows 8 editing igdlh64 file and with cmd commands.

On my HD4000 2875 runs 1 fps slower than 2761 and consumes 1w less power, must be the power saving feature.

Either the HD3000 doesn't work well on this driver or Windows 8 is a problem. This is surely not intended. The slight decrease in performance on the other side (37 to 36 fps in my case) is intended due to the power save feature (1 watt less in NFS). But I use a HD4000 and Windows 7.
