Hi, I'm a mechanical engineering student but I came across about an idea regarding using neural network as driver for intel iGPUs to process graphic images as well as on audio on intel HD audio. I'd like to do it but I'm too busy with my work in mechanical engineering to take another course and study about programming for neural networks that could be used to accurately (accurate or enhanced or lossless) process graphic images and audio signals for computers or for intel CPUs. Can you do this for me Intel?
Check this out, only 79 bucks:

Through software and hardware tools, the Neural Compute Stick brings machine intelligence and AI out of the data centers and into end-user devices. The Neural Compute Stick is designed to help democratize the machine intelligence space, and accelerate an age of ubiquitous, intelligence devices and systems.

I want neural networks to do full operation and processes as the driver of intel graphics processor itself or just a part of the driver that do all the image processing instead of the usual way of processing visual images on graphics and audios on intel HD audio if it is possible.
What you suggested is doing the a partial job of what I want to happen though.
