I have been trouble with this issue since january 2026. I did everything I find to solve this issue , I use DDU , do clean installations and change my system from windows 10 to 11. However nothing work for me. I have to install an outdated version from 2024 for some games such us, Craftoria (a minecraft modpack) and other like Valorant for a better performance.
If anyone find any solution, let me know and I would be very grateful.

Hello Aaron15,
Thank you for raising this concern through the Intel Communities.
I appreciate you providing the screenshot of Intel® Graphics Software, particularly the Graphics tab. Based on your description, it appears that the graphics section is not displaying any information. I understand how concerning this may be, and I’m here to assist you.
To properly investigate this issue, I would like to gather a few details:
- Are you using a desktop or a laptop?
- What is the exact processor model?
- What is the current graphics driver version installed?
- Where did you download the graphics driver from?
Once I have this information, I will be able to provide you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps.
Thank you, and I look forward to your response.

Hello Aaron15,
Thank you for letting me know that you are already using the correct Intel® 11th – 14th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows* drivers. I truly appreciate the effort you’ve taken so far.
Since you’re using a laptop, I’d like to recommend using the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) graphics driver provided by your laptop manufacturer. These drivers are specifically customized and validated for your exact system model, which can help ensure better compatibility, stability, and performance.
Generic Intel drivers are designed to work across many systems, but they may not include certain custom features or optimizations tailored for your specific device.
To assist you further, could you please provide the exact model of your laptop or a link to its official product page? This will allow me to help you find the most suitable graphics driver for your system.
Regards,
John M.

Hello Aaron15,
Thank you for providing the requested information.
Upon checking on the HP website, it appears that the latest OEM driver available is version 31.0.101.5186 Rev.C (HP Laptop PC 14s-dq2000 Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support). To help us isolate the issue effectively, I highly recommend using this OEM driver, as it is specifically optimized for your laptop and ensures the best compatibility and performance.
Please try installing this version and let us know if the issue persists so we can continue investigating further.
