No encuentro la opción de "escalar imagen a pantalla completa"

En el nuevo "centro de comando de gráficos intel" ya no encuentro la opción de escalar a pantalla completa, para que las aplicaciones y juegos en 4:3 no tengan las barras negras en los laterales.
