Older driver for Intel (R) UHD works better?

I have two computers running the same version of Windows 11 LTSC (24H2).

I am running Scala Player 13.20 on both. They are connected to the same brands of screens.

The older computer is running the  Intel® 7th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.2141. It has a 10th Gen "Jasper Lake" processor.

This computer can play a dual-channel show with one channel in Portrait and the other in Landscape.

The newer computer is running the Graphics Driver 32.0.101.7088 for 11th-14th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor Graphics, Version: 32.0.101.7088. It has a  12th Gen Intel "Alder Lake-N processor.

When this computer plays the same content with the same screen orientations, the portrait channel vacillates between landscape and portrait. The Landscape display runs properly. This happens ONLY with Scala player is running. If the show is not running, Windows 11 runs fine.

The show will run properly if I tell the software to run in Landscape for both channels, with one channel manually rotated 90 degrees.

I have tried this with our standard suite of software and modifications as well as with a computer running the factory install of Windows 11 LTSC and the Scala Player only. The only difference is that the portrait screen does not vacillate, BUT, it shows the content in the incorrect orientation.

The refresh rate is set to 60hz in the software and the driver software. All displays are running 1080p

What is causing this?
