On Samsung tablet XE700T1C i can't install graphics card driver "intel HD 4000"

Hello,

I got Samsung XE700T1C-G01EE tablet with Intel HD Graphics card. When i upgrade Windows 8 to 8.1 then i cant install graphics card driver

Tried download driver form Official site but doesn't helping and tried install driver from Samsung software "SW update" and when i installing Intel graphics driver pop out error message :

OpenGL ES Error

Can't find the name of intel ICD OpenGl driver.

Can someone help me solve this problem ?

Is processor is I5-3317U then driver installing correctly, but on I5-3337U processor i cant install driver.
