I'm trying to use Intel Driver & Support Assistant to scan a notebook with windows 10 to look for updated drivers for the same, but it's giving error, and displaying the message "Oops! something went wrong during the scan". I usually use Chrome and Edge browsers, and the same thing happens in both. I'm asking for help from the community to solve this problem. Attached, I send information about my notebook.
