Hello,

We received a Windows8 all-on-one HP TouchSart desktop computer. I am trying to set it up to allow one of my children to play Minecraft. I know I need my graphics to run OpenGL.

I have searched your site for drivers and found this URL saying it is compatible...

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?ProductID=2800&DwnldID=20046&lang=eng&iid=dc_rss https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?ProductID=2800&DwnldID=20046&lang=eng&iid=dc_rss

I then go to the URL listed on that page and looked at the next chart again saying it is compatible...

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-033757.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-033757.htm

Neither of these pages are offering me an actual download.

My current driver is 8.15.10.297

What can I do?

Thanks,

Steffany

Kevin,

Thanks for your response and a link. I just downloaded the driver and tried to install it and it asked if I wanted to replace my current driver with an older version.

My current driver is version 8.15.10.2697, the link you posted above is for version 8.15.10.1930.

Is there anything newer than 8.15.10.2697?

I will downgrade to Windows 7 if I have to, but would like to make it work if I can.

Thanks again,

Steffany

Hi with2fs,

I am sorry to say this but win 7 is the latest supported operating system for your controller. You can use Win 8 but we cannot guarantee the correct functionality. At this point, since the latest driver has been provided, my best recommendation is to install Win 7 and test the game.
