OpenGL on Inspiron 1545

I'm trying to play Papers, Please on my Inspiron 1545 with windows 8.1 and it say the opengl is missing

I try to update the driver and it give me the error ""this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software"

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your system but let me help you with this.

It is important that chipset/ graphics controller in your computer is able to run up to win 7 only. This means that the latest driver we have available for your system is for Win 7. You can confirm this information at the following link:
