Hello,
With the latest drivers Intel HD graphics, i have a black screen (with the laptop lid is closed) when i'm connect with Dameware Mini Remote Control .
The laptop is plugged in (not in battery).
Is there a setting to disable so that there is no black screen when the laptop lid is closed ?
Thanks.

Thanks for the answer.
I would like to request one more thing before continuing, and that is to test a couple of Intel® HD Graphics old drivers which you can find below;
- Intel® HD Graphics .4352; https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25620/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-6th-Gen-?product=88355 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40 6th Gen]
- Beta Intel® HD Graphics .4530; https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26305/Beta-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88355 Download Beta Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40]
The reason why I want to get these results is because you mentioned the Microsoft basic driver worked, so with this I want to check if the issue with drivers.
Thank you
Regards,
Amy.

Seb, the exclamation mark is jut to indicate that this driver has not been digital singed by Microsoft. Beta drivers are not subjected to this process, only productions drivers.

Amy.

It's possible that is related to your power settings; what is the setting you have configured for the lid? In "Power Options" you should find it. Please check if the driver changed any of your power setting for the lid.

Amy.

OK,
We can download Dameware (free trial):
http://www.solarwinds.com/dameware-mini-remote-control http://www.solarwinds.com/dameware-mini-remote-control
When you take control with lip laptop open, there are no problem.
But if you close lip laptop, there are a black screen.
